Desperate to help her seriously ill brother, Iris accepts an invitation to a dinner party hosted by a wealthy aristocrat. What begins as an elegant evening quickly turns sinister when the guests are forced to play a deadly version of "would you rather", where each round demands increasingly brutal choices. As players are eliminated one by one, Iris must decide how far she is willing to go to survive and save her brother.
